He is the host of the Speaking Life with Christoff J. Weihman podcast, and a featured speaker and Co-Executive Producer on SPEAK UP Season 5 on Prime Video.

In 2019, Christoff launched the Ultimate Speaker Competition — a one-of-a-kind platform “Empowering Speakers to Share Their Greatness”.

Since then, he has worked with hundreds of purpose-driven speakers to hone their craft, elevate their message, and grow their impact, influence, and income.

He is also a 2025 Silver State Award Nominee for Best Motivational Speaker.

Christoff has trained thousands of professionals in the Service & Hospitality industry, spent 10+ years in Asia with a Christian mission organization, and occasionally brings down the house singing Filipino folk songs at karaoke — surprisingly well for an “Americano.”

He and his wife Michelle also co-produce The Heart-Centered Summit. For the past 10 years, through their events they have been supporting, spotlighting, and raising funds for dozens of nonprofit organizations across the country.
